Ingredients

  • 1 qt. cooked ground beets
  • 2 small onions, chopped fine
  • 3 red peppers, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. prepared horseradish
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a kettle.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Place in hot, sterilized jars.
  5. Seal in screw top jars.
