Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Sift together the self-rising flour, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar.
  4. Add vegetable oil, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well until smooth.
