Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 2/3 cup cold water
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs well and add sugar; mix well and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer for 2 minutes.
  3. Place batter in bread pans sprayed with Pam.
  4. Bake at 350°F.
  5. For 3 large loaves, bake for 1 hour.
  6. For 6 small loaves, bake for 45 minutes.
