Ingredients

  • 2 lb. deer meat, cut thin
  • 3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Gravy Master
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except deer meat, together and stir well.
  2. Place the deer meat into the marinade and let it marinate for at least 6 hours.
  3. Arrange the marinated meat in a dehydrator and dehydrate for about 8 hours.
