Ingredients

  • 1 can LeSueur green peas
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can Shoe Peg white corn
  • 2 oz. jar pimento, drained
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, vinegar, oil, black pepper, and salt for 1 minute.
  2. Pour this hot mixture over the vegetables.
  3. Mix well and allow to marinate before serving.
