Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean hamburger
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 package frozen green peas and carrots or canned vegetables
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lean hamburger until browned, then drain and crumble.
  2. In a large pot, combine the cooked hamburger, chopped celery, diced onion, canned tomatoes, and frozen or canned vegetables.
  3. Season with seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Simmer everything together for 15 to 20 minutes.
