Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef or pork of half beef and half pork
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef or pork and chopped onions in oil until browned and onions are tender.
  2. Add salt, canned tomatoes with juice, and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Cook noodles until tender, then drain and add to the meat mixture.
  4. Stir in diced Velveeta cheese and mushroom soup.
  5. Heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, then serve.
