Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 large or 2 small green peppers, chopped fine
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped onions, green peppers, and chopped celery; simmer until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, and shredded Cheddar cheese; simmer until the cheese melts.
  4. Cook and drain the noodles separately.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the meat and sauce mixture; mix well.
  6. Divide the mixture into two large casseroles.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
