Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 pkg. medium noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and celery with a little oil.
  2. Add ground beef and cook; drain.
  3. Place layers of beef, noodles and soup (mixed with water) in a 2-quart baking dish.
  4. Season and cover with cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
