Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) package noodles
  • 1 can mushrooms (large)
  • 1 green pepper, cut up

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper in a skillet.
  2. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer briefly.
  3. Cook noodles according to package instructions and stir into the meat mixture.
  4. Transfer the 9x13-inch casserole to a baking dish.
