Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
  • 4 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix milk and beaten egg; set aside.
  2. Blend dry ingredients including flour, salt, black pepper, and all-purpose seasoning.
  3. Cut potatoes into wedges, leaving on the skins.
  4. Dip potato wedges in the egg mixture.
  5. Roll the dipped wedges in the dry mixture to coat evenly.
  6. Drop the coated wedges into hot fat and fry for 5 minutes or until done.
