Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cauliflower, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 cups ham, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring cauliflower and chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in cream of potato soup and light cream over low heat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix flour and water until smooth.
  5. Stir the flour mixture into the soup.
  6. Add pepper, parsley flakes, and chopped ham.
  7. Heat thoroughly.
  8. Serve immediately.
