Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of corn
  • 12 oz Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 sleeve soda crackers, crushed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp butter or oleo
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the drained whole kernel corn, cream of corn, and evaporated milk together.
  2. Fold in the crushed soda crackers.
  3. Add beaten eggs and chopped onion to the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper; top with paprika.
  5. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
