Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 12 ounces frozen topping, thawed
  • 3 ounces chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and 1/2 cup butter to a boil until butter is melted.
  3. Add flour and salt all at once, and beat until mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
  5. Spread the mixture into a parchment-lined jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch).
  6. Bake for 35 minutes.
  7. Prick bubbles with a fork while hot and let cool completely.
