Instructions
- Cube the bread and place it in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch oblong dish.
- Brown the sausage and drain well.
- Place the cooked sausage on top of the bread in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, cream of mushroom soup, and condensed milk, then pour the mixture over the sausage and bread.
- Top with shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
