Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sharp grated cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli for 5 minutes, then drain well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, beaten egg, grated cheese, mayonnaise, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Top with cracker crumbs, dot with butter, and sprinkle with a small amount of grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
