Broccoli With Cashews

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 c. chopped cashew nuts
  • 1 large bunch broccoli, broken into flowerets and cooked

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in butter until soft and pale yellow.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and seasonings.
  3. Pour over cooked broccoli and sprinkle with chopped cashews.
  4. Serve hot.
