Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb broiling chicken
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Split the chicken as for broiling.
  2. Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, minced parsley, and minced onion.
  3. Place the mixture in a medium-sized shallow dish.
  4. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 1 hour, turning often.
