Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • few drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the unfloured chicken pieces in a frying pan.
  2. Use an electric frying pan if available for even cooking.
  3. Add the barbecue sauce that has been previously mixed in a bowl.
  4. Cook slowly until the chicken and celery are well done.
