Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin
  • 2 big onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a medium glass bowl, mix all ingredients together and stir well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. In a medium skillet, over medium heat, cook the marinated meat with juices for about 45 minutes, or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. When almost done, stir in 1 cup of ketchup and let boil about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Serve over fries.
