Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion

Instructions

  1. Cook egg yolks with vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until thick.
  2. Chop green pepper and onion very small and add to the egg yolk mixture.
  3. Add this mixture to the cream cheese and blend in a blender until smooth.
  4. Make this one day ahead and let age in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve with chips for a party dip.
