Instructions

  1. Before anything else, Ill just say this recipe was born entirely from the mind of two sleep-deprived starving young adults who had very little food (or patience) on hand at the time.
  2. Also the hamburger meat we used was sold in patty form and included jalapenos and Monterey jack cheese in them.
  3. If you also use hamburger patties, we found that roughly three patties for every pound of pasta worked well in this meal.
  4. Cook pasta and burgers to your preference, making sure to either chop or shred the hamburger into small pieces.
  5. Drain fat from the meat and add to the cooked pasta.
  6. For the sauce itself:
  7. Melt the butter in a saucepan combining with milk, cheeses (grated preferably), ranch, and garlic before combining with the noodle and beef mixture.
  8. OR
  9. Combine milk, butter, cheeses, ranch, and garlic into a large blender and blend until smooth.
  10. Stir into the pasta/meat combination over a medium/high heat until the entire mixture is warmed to your liking.
  11. Plate and enjoy.
