Ingredients

  • bread crumbs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 5 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and grated
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients: ground beef, cooked and grated potatoes, grated onion, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take a small portion of the mixture, roll into a ball, then flatten into a patty about the size of a hamburger.
  3. Put some bread crumbs on both sides of the patty.
  4. Fry the patties in an oiled frying pan on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
