- Cook ground beef and ground pork until browned. Drain off excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, basil, salt, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Add beaten eggs, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Pour a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the mozzarella cheese over the noodles.
- Add a layer of meat sauce over the cheese.
- Repeat layers: noodles, cheese, sauce.
- Top with remaining lasagna noodles and sauce. Bake as desired.
