Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup red cooking wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt or pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 2 tablespoon crushed oregano
  • 3 pound boneless leg of lamb

Instructions

  1. Marinate the leg of lamb in the combined ingredients overnight.
  2. Skewer cubes of the marinated lamb with green peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Grill until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
