Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
