Ingredients

  • 8 egg hamburger buns
  • 1 lb shaved ham
  • 8 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • dash garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed

Instructions

  1. Mix soft butter, chopped onion, garlic salt, parsley, and poppy seed together.
  2. Spread the butter mixture on the cut sides of the hamburger buns.
  3. Divide shaved ham and Swiss cheese slices among the buns.
  4. Wrap each assembled sandwich in foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
