Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 bunches broccoli
  • 1 purple onion
  • 1 can chestnuts
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 cup bacon chips

Instructions

  1. Chop cauliflower, broccoli, and chestnuts.
  2. Dice onion and mix together.
  3. Add mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, and shredded Cheddar cheese to the chopped ingredients.
  4. Mix well; cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Before serving, top salad with bacon chips.
