Ingredients

  • 1 bunch bok choy, chopped
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 pkg. frozen shrimp or 1/2 lb., peeled, cleaned and cut in half
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 3 tsp. monosodium glutamate (m.s.g.)
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
  • egg roll skins

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and pork; drain fat.
  2. Drain shrimp.
  3. Add peanut butter and m.s.g. to meat.
  4. In wok, put sweet and sour sauce and salt.
  5. Steam vegetables until tender.
  6. Add meat; stir.
  7. You may need more sweet and sour sauce and peanut butter.
  8. Roll in egg roll skins.
  9. Seal with water.
  10. Deep fry until golden brown.
