Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 3 mashed ripe avocados
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg dry taco seasoning
  • 2 c chopped lettuce
  • 1 c chopped green onions
  • 1 or 2 cans sliced black olives
  • 2 c chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix together the bean dip, avocados, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a large platter, spreading to the edges.
  3. Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.
  4. Spread the sour cream mixture over the bean and avocado layer.
  5. Layer remaining ingredients in the following order: chopped lettuce, chopped green onions, sliced black olives, chopped tomatoes, and grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Chill for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
  7. Serve with tortilla-style chips.
