Layered Ham Casserole

A hearty layered casserole combining ham, noodles, and vegetables in a creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for a comforting family meal or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package (8 oz.) noodles
  • leftover green beans or yams
  • onion salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix milk with undiluted cream of mushroom soup in a bowl.
  2. Grease a casserole dish with melted margarine.
  3. Layer cooked noodles at the bottom of the casserole dish.
  4. Add a layer of cubed cooked ham over the noodles.
  5. Place sliced hard-boiled eggs on top of the ham layer.
  6. Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the layers.
  7. Add leftover green beans or yams on top if desired.
  8. Sprinkle with onion salt and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
