Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip

Instructions

  2. Press the mixture into a baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes at 250°F, then cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip until smooth.

  6. Prepare Jell-O pudding mix with milk according to package instructions.
  7. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with additional Cool Whip.
  9. Chill the pie before serving.
