Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 15 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook ground beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in spaghetti sauce with the cooked beef.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Mix cooked spaghetti, beaten eggs, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  6. Spread the spaghetti mixture evenly in an ungreased rectangular baking dish (13 x 9 x 2 inches).
