Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sausage or ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 15 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry sausage or ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and oregano; drain excess fat.
  3. Return to skillet, add spaghetti sauce, and simmer until hot.
  4. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
  5. Drain the cooked noodles.
