Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can Swanson beef broth
  • 1 can mushroom steak sauce
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 pound crawfish, shrimp or crab
  • 2 cups washed, raw rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oleo in a rice cooker.
  2. Place pats of oleo over the top of the mixture.
  3. Cook according to rice cooker instructions.
