Ingredients

  • 1 box Fried Rice
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 jar chopped mushrooms (2-1/2 oz.)
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp. spice salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 tsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Follow the directions on the box to prepare the fried rice.
  2. Fry the potato until cooked and browned.
  3. Add chopped onion, green pepper, chopped mushrooms, bean sprouts, and cooked potato to the fried rice.
  4. Push ingredients to one side of the pan and scramble the beaten eggs in the empty space.
  5. Mix the eggs into the rice and vegetables.
  6. Add spice salt, black pepper, and soy sauce.
  7. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
