Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 12 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb. Colby cheese, diced
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. Italian seasoning
  • minced onion
  • oregano
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 5 bacon strips

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Place the cooked spaghetti in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef and diced Colby cheese to the spaghetti.
  5. Sprinkle with minced onion, crushed oregano leaves, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Pour the can of tomato sauce over the mixture and sprinkle with bacon bits.
  7. Place the bacon strips over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until bubbly and golden.
