Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped cranberries
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Stir together cranberries, nuts, and sugar in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine cake mix, cream cheese, and milk in a large bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating an additional 2 minutes after each addition.
  5. Fold in the cranberry mixture.
