- 2 tsp. snipped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning ⓘ

- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder ⓘ
- 1 salmon fillet (1 1/2 lb.) ⓘ
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. chicken broth ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions ⓘ
- 1 small lemon, thinly sliced ⓘ
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together dill, lemon-pepper, salt and garlic powder.
- Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
- Place the seasoned salmon in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container.
- Combine brown sugar, chicken broth, vegetable oil, soy sauce, and chopped green onions in a separate bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon, ensuring it is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning once halfway through.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the lemon slices and onion rings on the grill.
- Grill the salmon until it flakes easily with a fork, about 4-6 minutes per side depending on thickness.
- Serve the grilled salmon garnished with grilled lemon slices and onion rings.
