Lemon Pork Chop

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pounds, 2-18 ounces, weight Pork Chop
  • 1/4 cups Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Rosemary
  • 1/2 cups Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. First thing, dust the pork chop with flour.
  2. Drop a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a skillet and lay the pork chop on the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle on top some salt, black pepper and rosemary.
  4. Cook ove low-medium heat on both sides (about 10 minutes).
  5. When the meat is almost ready, squeeze the juice of a lemon and cook for a few more minutes at medium-high heat.
  6. Remove from heat and serve on a plate with your favorite side.
