Lemon Pork Chop

- First thing, dust the pork chop with flour.
- Drop a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a skillet and lay the pork chop on the skillet.
- Sprinkle on top some salt, black pepper and rosemary.
- Cook ove low-medium heat on both sides (about 10 minutes).
- When the meat is almost ready, squeeze the juice of a lemon and cook for a few more minutes at medium-high heat.
- Remove from heat and serve on a plate with your favorite side.
