Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 oz shrimp, peeled, deveined, split lengthwise
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Stir in minced garlic.
  3. Add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes until they curl and turn pink.
  4. Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice.
  5. Toss a few seconds to combine.
  6. Season with black pepper to taste.
