Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 6 oz. lemon gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter or margarine.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of a greased 9‑inch spring‑form pan. Chill.
  3. Refrigerate until set, then serve chilled.
