Ingredients

  • 2 onions, sliced into rings
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • paprika to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, diced
  • 4 fresh mushrooms, diced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place onions on a 12 x 18-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil.
  3. Place chicken breasts on top of the onions.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and paprika.
  5. Top with diced vegetables, margarine, and water.
  6. Fold the foil to seal the packet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
