Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen baby limas
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 cup minced celery
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 oz. ham, julienned
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. minced fresh sage
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook lima beans as directed; drain well.
  2. In a skillet, in olive oil, over medium heat, sauté onion, celery, and garlic 5 minutes to soften.
  3. Add lima beans, ham, parsley, sage, salt, pepper, and white wine vinegar.
  4. Cook 2 minutes or until hot.
