Ingredients

  • 1 box lime jello
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime jello in hot water, then add pineapple juice and let it cool.
  2. Once cooled, add the drained crushed pineapple, chopped cabbage, marshmallows, and chopped pecans.
  3. Let the mixture stand until it is almost jelled.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise.
  5. Pour the mixture into a Pyrex pan and refrigerate until set.
