Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package lime gelatin
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 40 miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Add lime gelatin to boiling water and stir well.
  2. Add miniature marshmallows and stir until melted.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate until slightly congealed.
  5. Stir in mayonnaise, crushed pineapple, and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
  6. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended.
  7. Refrigerate until congealed.
  8. Sprinkle remaining chopped pecans on top before serving.
