Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 6 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add quartered marshmallows and cream cheese; stir until dissolved.
  3. Add crushed pineapple and nuts; mix well.
  4. Chill until the mixture is set.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth.
  6. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 12 hours before serving.
