Albacore With Rice

Ingredients

  • bouillon
  • pepper
  • cheddar cheese
  • onion
  • long grain rice
  • water
  • basil
  • fresh vegetables
  • white albacore
  • butter

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, cook the onion in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except tuna and cheese; bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
  4. Stir in white albacore tuna and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Top with remaining cheese just before serving.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
