Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken pieces
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • cooked noodles or rice

Instructions

  1. Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, crushed garlic, ground mustard, and ginger; pour over the chicken.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour, turning the chicken twice during cooking.
  5. Serve the chicken over cooked noodles or rice.
