- Cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
- Punch the dough down, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide dough in half and shape each into a round loaf.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
- Brush the loaves with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
